Strictly Prohibited: Parking directly underneath or behind the Harbour Business Centre is strictly reserved and prohibited for clinic visitors. Vehicles will be towed.
Best Paid Option: Park under the Time Marketplace building (Shoppers Drug Mart / Fresh Street Market). It is a short 2-minute walk from the clinic. Access the parkade driving westbound on Esplanade between Lonsdale Avenue and Chesterfield—👉 Click Here for Direct Google Maps Navigation to the Parkade Entrance. Both stores validate up to 1 hour of parking with a minimum $10 purchase.
Street Parking: The first 30 minutes of street parking are FREE, but you must register your vehicle at a pay station or via the Passport Parking app (Apple Store | Google Play). Zone 70514.

The Building: The clinic is located inside the Harbourfront Business Centre at 224 Esplanade W.
The Suite: Walk through the main entrance doors, take the elevator up to the 5th floor.

Lounge Protocol: Our clinic shares a floor with other professionals. You do not need to check in with the central reception desk—the administrator (Amrita) does not manage my schedule. Simply grab a seat in the waiting lounge, and I will come out to get you when I am finished with my previous patient. (Amrita can point you to the washrooms if required.)
Make Yourself Comfortable: Take a seat in the waiting lounge. I run a strict 1-on-1 practice and will come out to greet you personally for your appointment when I am finished serving my previous patient.
What to Wear: Please wear or bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing (such as athletic wear or gym attire) that allows for unhindered movement during your history, comprehensive physical examination, and initial treatment.
