Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

Targeted upper extremity decompression for ulnar nerve entrapment at the elbow, resolving radiating inner arm pain and pinky finger numbness.

Phase 1: Address Cervical and Extremity Alignment

Nerve pathways can be irritated at multiple choke points. We use precise Chiropractic Adjustments targeting the lower neck vertebrae and local elbow/wrist structures to ensure clear neurovascular pathways.

Phase 2: Decompress the Cubital Tunnel

We apply targeted Myofascial Release & Soft Tissue Therapy (ART) directly to the two heads of the flexor carpi ulnaris muscle and Struthers' ligament, physically removing the muscular pinch on your ulnar nerve.

Phase 3: Peripheral Ulnar Nerve Gliding

We integrate precise Clinical Neurodynamics & Nerve Mobilization maneuvers. These specific movements gently slide the ulnar nerve through its anatomical track, reducing local fluid backup and restoring nerve blood supply.

Phase 4: Extremity Biomechanical Stabilization

To keep the tunnel open during repetitive daily tasks, we design a Custom Exercise Therapy & Rehab program to eliminate upper extremity tracking errors and optimize desk ergonomics.
