Postural Strain and "Tech Neck"

Clinical management for chronic upper-quarter postural imbalances, addressing forward head carriage, cervicothoracic joint restriction, and deep muscle fatigue common in desk workers.

Phase 1: Unlock Fixed Spinal Segments

Prolonged screen use locks the upper back and neck joints in a compressed position, restricting active range of motion. We utilize precise Chiropractic Adjustments targeting the cervical and thoracic vertebrae to instantly restore joint mobility and reduce localized mechanical strain.

Phase 2: Lengthen Shortened Anterior Structures

Years of slouched posture physically shortens the tissues along the front of your neck and chest. We apply specialized Myofascial Release & Soft Tissue Therapy (ART) to safely break up dense adhesions in the suboccipital, scalene, and pectoral muscle groups, releasing the forward pulling forces on your spine.

Phase 3: Resolve Chronic Fascial Densification

Static loading thickens the deep fascia of the upper back, creating a persistent "burning" sensation between the shoulder blades. We employ targeted Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to smooth out these fascial restrictions, stimulate micro-circulation, and clear localized mechanical pain receptors.

Phase 4: Build Postural Muscle Endurance

To change your posture permanently, your nervous system must build fatigue resistance. We implement a Custom Exercise Therapy & Rehab program targeting deep cervical flexor endurance and lower scapular control, giving your body the structural capacity to resist desk fatigue.
