Phase 3: Stimulate Tendon Remodeling and Unload Local Tissues
Chronic tendinopathy is an unhealed degenerative state with restricted local blood flow. We use specialized Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) over the common extensor tendon attachment to introduce controlled micro-friction, triggering fibroblast proliferation and the synthesis of clean collagen.
